More than a year fixing machines, networks and servers before the first line in production.
I got into the field through tech support. I spent more than a year fixing machines, networks and servers before writing the first line that went into production — and that is where the way I program today comes from: thinking about whoever will maintain the system after me.
I became a web developer in 2023, at Adservi, and since then I deliver Laravel applications end to end: gathering requirements with the people who will use the system, database modelling, access control per profile, an audit trail for every action, reports, exports and the integrations the process requires. In December 2025 I moved to Via Facilities, working on site at the Paraná State Legislative Assembly (Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná).
In the public sector I worked on the new Transparency Portal, published between 2024 and 2025, on the new version of the Legislative School portal, released in 2026, and on the Agora é Lei no Paraná app, besides the internal systems that support the legislative process. Outside working hours, PixelToServer and other projects of my own are where I try a new idea before taking it to a client.
I am studying Computer Engineering at UNIFATEC, graduating in 2027. The next step I am interested in is artificial intelligence applied to management systems — and, along the way, going deeper into web application security.

How I work
Three steps, in every delivery
The same method serves a public portal and a system with ten users.
1
Talking to whoever will use it
Before writing the first line, I learn the routine of the people who run the system every day — not the idealized version of that routine.
2
Building the part nobody sees
Database modelling, access control per profile, an audit trail for every action, checked calculations and the integrations the process requires.
3
Publishing and maintaining
I deliver it in production, on the server, and I stay responsible for maintenance. The four systems I have built are still running.

What is live
Four platforms in operation — public sector, media market and service management. Each one described by what it solves and who uses it.
Paraná State Legislative Assembly
The portal where any citizen looks up public spending
Who uses it: the people of Paraná, the press and the Assembly’s own staff.
I work on site at the Assembly through Via Facilities, developing and maintaining the House systems. I was a co-developer of the new Transparency Portal, published between 2024 and 2025, whose set of features helped the Assembly reach a 100% transparency index.
Transparency Portal — co-developer, 2024–2025
Legislative School — new version of the portal, 2026
Agora é Lei no Paraná — Android app
The Assembly’s institutional website — continuous improvements
Who uses it: advertising agencies and media outlets.
It brings the insertion orders together between the agency, the media outlets and their representatives. Each client sets the documents it requires; the outlet sends them, the team checks them and the order moves on to payment, with every step recorded. A system already proven in daily use.
Insertion orders, from the documents to the payment
The expiry date of each document read from the PDF itself
Automatic email reminders, with delivery confirmation
A conversation inside each order, and a history of changes
Separate access for the agency, the outlet and the representative
A schedule for courts and barbecue areas by day and time, with one-off and recurring bookings and a record of every action the team takes. The new version, in testing, adds monthly members, fees, payments and credit per client.
The system is for internal use: only the sign-in screen is shown here.
PixelToServer · own project
From the first contact to the signed contract
Who uses it: clients looking for a custom website or system.
The client describes the project in a conversation with the virtual assistant and gets the quote by email. Once approved, the project gets a contract to accept and a private area where the client follows each of the five stages.

HTML5
The screen
What it is
The structure of the page: headings, text, forms and buttons, in the order that makes sense.
Why I chose it
Well-written HTML is what screen readers and search engines understand: accessibility starts here.
Tailwind
The screen
What it is
A way of writing the styling straight into the HTML, with ready-made, standard classes.
Why I chose it
It keeps screens built weeks apart looking alike, and the final file only carries what was used.
JavaScript
The screen
What it is
The language that brings the page to life in the browser: opening a window, checking a field, updating without reloading.
Why I chose it
I use only what is needed: the page loads fast and keeps working even when something fails.
MySQL
Where it is kept
What it is
The database: where orders, documents, users and the history of every action are stored.
Why I chose it
It is stable, it exists on any server and it handles the volume of these systems with room to spare.
Laravel
The rulesMain
What it is
The framework that organizes a system in PHP: sign-in, permissions, database, emails and queues come ready and tested.
Why I chose it
The time goes into the client’s rules instead of reinventing sign-in and registration. The large community keeps it updated for years.
PHP
The rulesMain
What it is
The language that runs on the server: it takes the click, applies the rules and sends the finished page back.
Why I chose it
It runs on any hosting, it has decades of road behind it and, with Laravel, it puts a complete system on its feet without exotic parts.
Linux
On the server
What it is
The system on the servers where the websites are live.
Why I chose it
Stable, secure and with no license cost. And it comes from the time in tech support, looking after machines, networks and servers.
CSS3
The screen
What it is
The look: colors, spacing, sizes and the way the screen adjusts to a phone.
Why I chose it
Writing the CSS carefully keeps the screen light and easy to adjust later.
Android
On the phone
What it is
The system on most phones in Brazil, where apps are published through Google Play.
Why I chose it
It is where most of the people who will use the app are.
Flutter
On the phone
What it is
A Google tool for building phone apps from a single codebase.
Why I chose it
One codebase serves more than one kind of phone, and the screen looks the same on all of them.
Bootstrap
The screen
What it is
A library of ready-made components — menus, tables, dialogs — with a familiar look.
Why I chose it
For when the project needs a quick admin screen with the look users already know.
